Section 1. Membership Billing
The Bynd Clothing Membership is a recurring membership billed at $29.99 USD every 30 days.
Your first payment is charged at checkout when you purchase the Bynd Clothing Membership. You will be charged $29.99 immediately and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
Recurring Billing Disclosure
By purchasing the Bynd Clothing Membership, you agree to be charged $29.99 USD now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days before each recurring transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
Section 2. What Is Included
While your membership remains active and in good standing, Bynd Clothing Membership may include:

Priority customer support

Expedited order processing when available

Early access to selected product launches or limited offers

Membership benefits may vary from time to time. Benefits are available only while your membership remains current and paid.
Section 3. Automatic Renewal
Your Bynd Clothing Membership renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel.
By purchasing the membership, you authorize BYND FASHION LLC, operating as Bynd Clothing, to charge the payment method used at checkout $29.99 USD every 30 days until cancellation.
Section 4. Electronic Notification and Receipts
You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days before each recurring transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address associated with your account is accurate and able to receive these notifications.
Section 5. How to Cancel
You may cancel your Bynd Clothing Membership at any time.
To cancel or manage your membership:

Log in to your customer account at byndclothing.store and manage your subscription settings; or

Email us at info@byndclothing.store with the subject line “Cancel Membership — [Your Order Email]” or

Submit a request through the Cancel Membership page, if available on our website.
No phone call is required to cancel your membership.
Cancellation requests are processed as promptly as possible. To avoid a future charge, please submit your cancellation request before your next scheduled billing date.
Section 6. Effect of Cancellation
When your cancellation is processed, your membership will no longer renew, and no further recurring membership charges will be applied.
Your membership benefits may remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After your membership ends, member-only benefits, discounts, and access may no longer be available.
Section 7. Membership Refunds
Bynd Clothing Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date for that billing cycle.
To request a refund, contact info@byndclothing.store within 14 days of the charge and include your name, order email, and order number, if available.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
Section 8. Pricing or Benefit Changes
We may update the membership price, included benefits, or membership terms from time to time.
If we make a material change to the recurring price or key membership terms, we will notify active members by email before the change takes effect and obtain any consent required by applicable law. You may cancel your membership if you do not agree to the updated terms.
